Southern Imaging Systems offers a
broad range of support options for the products we sell. They
include Software Support, Hardware Support, and Professional
Support includes all patches and upgrades for aXs Info,
Lightspeedecm, and AnyDoc Software and is billed on an annual basis.
Technical Support is included and covers any issues you may
encounter with the operation of the software. We provide these
services to the person in your organization identified as the
Hardware support is
delivered to you either by the manufacturer of the product or by
Southern Imaging Systems directly. If you have any issue with
hardware sold with the ECM solution you should contact us
immediately in order resolve the issue in a timely manner. So if you
purchased an HP Server from us with a three year extended warranty
you would still contact us and we would coordinate on-site support
with HP for you.
are any service outside of the scope of Software and Hardware
Support. The Professional Services portion of a solutions sale
includes the installation of the hardware and software,
configuration of the software, and operator and administrator
training. Additional configuration, training, and software
development is billed at an hourly rate.
